Introductions to Valencia

Valencia has a population of just over one million people. The capital Valencia is located facing the Balearic Islands, so is guaranteed a mild climate. The surrounding area is one of astounding natural beauty, with mid-sized mountains and rolling planes which are green and undamaged.

The skies are always blue, even in the more industrial areas as the Mediterranean breezes take away any fog or pollutant clouds. There are many museums, high quality restaurants, art galleries, beaches and bars to draw in almost every kind of holiday maker. The region has both very modern and very old buildings, some of which date back to the 12th century.
